Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 4pm PST are shipped out the same day, however we do not guarantee this. Our business hours are:

We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of CBD. We ship to all 50 states.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to [email protected]. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund for 90% of the full purchase price and shipping costs within 30 days of the product received date. Please submit your request to [email protected] or call 888-702-7378 to speak to Customer Service.
